Banks are slow, unprogressive and not innovative? Wrong. We were very much convinced of the contrary when we teamed up with the Innovation Hub of the Sparkassen Group and instead met a highly-motivated team of developers. Among other projects, they were launching a multi-banking API in order to develop new solutions and services for the finance industry.


As we got on board of the project right at the beginning, we had the chance to co-create the entire concept and help shape not only the brand, but also the product. Brand-wise, we took up the modular approach to the logo of the Sparkassen Innovation Hub logo and applied it to the AHOI design as well. The key design element are the colorful illustrations on the photos, showing different future banking scenarios in a fun, light-hearted way. We applied the brand identity to the website and designed the entire exhibition appearance for AHOI at one of the biggest conventions for the finance industry in Germany.
