Since 2002, optimise-it has developed a live chat tool and is now one of the leading providers in Europe. What started as a simple communication tool for websites, has developed into a complex chat tool over the years. With that, there emerged a need to restructure.
optimise-it has been successfully operating with a very technical product, so we didn’t want to change a winning strategy here. The case was less about coming up with a fancy design, but more about ‚tidying up‘ the brand and structuring all the information on the website. We achieved that by developing a modular icon system to show all the features of the product, as well as a brand architecture for the different sections.
